The products were available at New World, 346 Halswell Rd, Halswell, and have not been exported.

No other in-store products at New World Halswell are affected by the recall.

“Affected products should not be consumed,” the Ministry for Primary Industries said on its website.

While no injuries have been reported in connection with these products, anyone who has consumed them and has health concerns is encouraged to seek medical advice.

The ministry also urges anyone who purchased the affected products to return them to New World Halswell for a full refund.
