Moving company, Auckland Movers Cheap, has introduced a community support initiative providing free small-item delivery assistance for seniors aged 70 and over and people living with disabilities across the Auckland region.

The initiative aims to assist Auckland residents who face transport challenges by providing free delivery of essential items, including mobility aids, medical equipment, groceries, and everyday household necessities.

“We believe in giving back to our local community,” the owner said.

“If we have spare capacity, we are happy to help elderly Aucklanders and people with disabilities by delivering essential items free of charge whenever possible.”

Established in 2020, Auckland Movers Cheap provides professional moving services across Auckland and throughout New Zealand.

Its services include residential house moves, furniture removals, office relocations, same-day urgent moves, and nationwide long-distance transport.

The company said its new initiative reflects its ongoing commitment to supporting vulnerable members of the community and helping reduce barriers to accessing essential goods and services.

Carers, family members, and community support workers are able to arrange assistance by getting in touch directly with Auckland Movers Cheap.
