Salesforce has introduced Agentforce 360, its most advanced AI agent platform yet, to redefine how AI and humans collaborate within enterprises.
Announced ahead of the Dreamforce 2025 conference, Agentforce 360 integrates people, AI agents, and data into a single, secure platform designed to enhance productivity across departments such as sales, customer support, IT, and HR.
A standout feature of this latest version is Agent Script, a human-readable scripting language launching in beta that lets businesses design AI agents with precise control using “if/then” logic, improving adaptability to complex customer interactions.
The platform also supports sophisticated reasoning models from providers like Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google Gemini, which “think” before responding to queries.

Agentforce Builder, launched alongside Agent Script, is a unified low-code development environment enabling rapid creation, testing, and deployment of AI agents from a single interface. It includes Agentforce Vibes, an AI coding assistant that accelerates development by working collaboratively like a pair programmer.
Salesforce is also deepening integration with Slack, embedding AI-powered Agentforce applications directly into the communication platform to streamline workflows. Slack’s upgraded AI assistant learns user preferences to deliver tailored insights, and Salesforce plans connectors with Gmail, Outlook, and Dropbox in early 2026.
This launch comes as enterprise AI adoption accelerates amid rising competition. Google’s Gemini Enterprise platform and Anthropic’s Claude Enterprise, recently adopted by Deloitte for 470,000 employees, are advancing similar AI-driven productivity tools. Despite progress, challenges remain: a recent MIT report found that 95% of enterprise AI pilots fail to progress at scale.
Salesforce highlights that Agentforce serves over 12,000 customers worldwide, including Reddit, OpenTable, Adecco, and others who are piloting Agentforce 360’s new capabilities. The company aims to lead a transition to an “Agentic Enterprise” where AI enhances human work rather than replacing it.
