Exposure management company XM Cyber is expanding into the ANZ region through a newly signed distribution agreement with cybersecurity distributor Netpoleon. The partnership began on 28 May 2025 and aims to increase enterprise adoption of XM Cyber’s CTEM platform.

Transitioning from Reactive to Proactive Security Strategies

Rising infrastructure complexity is intensifying the challenge of risk management. XM Cyber’s CTEM platform equips organisations with a way to simulate threats and identify paths attackers could use to reach critical assets, allowing teams to prioritise fixes based on actual risk.

Its emphasis on contextual intelligence offers a shift from static vulnerability scanning to dynamic, risk-aware defence. “Cybersecurity today is about context and coordination,” said Paul Lim, Regional Director at Netpoleon. “XM Cyber gives our customers the intelligence and visibility to act decisively and protect what matters most.”

Utilising Distribution Networks for Regional Expansion

The partnership with Netpoleon is an alignment aimed at operationalising security at scale. Netpoleon’s established presence and technical expertise in the ANZ region make it an ideal partner to distribute XM Cyber’s advanced threat exposure tools to enterprise clients.

“We are delighted to partner with Netpoleon, a leading provider of integrated security, networking solutions, and value-added services in the region,” said Stree Naidu, Vice President, Asia Pacific & Japan at XM Cyber.

“The Netpoleon team shares our vision for a more proactive, risk-based approach to cybersecurity, and we look forward to delivering our end-to-end exposure management solutions to their enterprise clients.” ANZ organisations will gain streamlined access to XM Cyber’s platform, enhancing their ability to uncover critical attack paths and address weaknesses before they can be exploited through this partnership,

Strengthening Cyber Resilience Across Enterprise Markets

The timing of the partnership aligns with an urgent need among ANZ enterprises to upgrade their cybersecurity strategies. Since cyber threats are becoming more sophisticated and distributed, organisations require tools that not only identify vulnerabilities but also assess their potential impact in context.

Security teams can operationalise continuous exposure management, with XM Cyber’s CTEM now available through Netpoleon, shifting from static assessments to dynamic, real-time risk analysis. This will enhance cyber resilience across industries while reducing wasted resources on low-priority fixes.

XM Cyber and Netpoleon have launched their partnership in the ANZ region, with the platform now available and initial efforts centred on swift onboarding and operational results. The collaboration aims to strengthen regional cybersecurity and redefine threat exposure management.
