Renowned for combining performance and luxury, Maserati has unveiled a bespoke, personalised version of its latest creation, the GranCabrio Folgore.
The model marks Maserati’s first step into the fully electric luxury convertible market, and is a celebration of Tignanello’s 50th anniversary, renowned for its groundbreaking influence on red wines,
Crafted exclusively for Marchesi Antinori, the bespoke vehicle was auctioned at California’s Festival Napa Valley’s Arts for All Gala.
The GranCabrio Folgore is a celebration of sophistication and innovation, featuring an 800V battery system inspired by Formula E, delivering a formidable 560kW/1350Nm for exhilarating performance.
Equipped with amenities like a neck warmer and wind stopper, it promises top-down driving comfort in any weather.
A Sublime Exterior
Externally, the GranCabrio Folgore Tignanello boasts a custom Terra di Tignanello paint job—a warm chestnut hue with coppery burgundy accents, mirroring the rich tones of Tignanello’s iconic barriques.
Complementing this are matte black rims, gloss black calipers, and copper-colored emblems, including a glossy copper Maserati logo against a gloss background. The convertible soft top is finished in black.
Inside, the design pays homage to Tignanello’s heritage with intricate details. The seats are adorned with leather featuring a silver and burgundy ribbed weave made from Vegea, an innovative fabric sourced from vineyards.
Dark briar wood panels, engraved to recall the markings on oak barrels, further enhance the cabin’s ambiance, showcasing textual details related to the creation of Tignanello.
The GranCabrio Folgore represents Maserati’s latest venture into fully electric convertibles, blending performance, comfort, style, and elegance.
With its 800V battery technology developed alongside Formula E innovations, it sets new benchmarks for speed and luxury in its class.
