Delivering poise, precision and performance, the Audi e-tron GT is one of the prettiest and most coveted electric vehicles on the market.
The four-door coupé, which includes an RS model, reinterprets the classic Gran Turismo concept in that its design is highly emotive and its technology revolutionary.
Two powerful electric motors ensure superior electric all-wheel drive and brilliant driving performance.
The high-voltage battery with a net energy content of 85 kWh allows a range of more than 488 kilometres (WLTP forecast for the Audi e-tron GT quattro) and thanks to its 800-volt technology, it can be recharged extremely quickly.
The Audi e-tron GT Quattro and the RS e-tron GT really do deliver and demonstrate concentrated technical expertise, which is what you’d expect from Audi.
Sportiness and comfort
The two design principles of a classic Gran Turismo are evident in this distinctive evolution of Audi design.
With its long wheelbase, wide track, large wheels and flat silhouette, the e-tron GT delivers a sense of unmistakable sportiness through its proportions, and Audi says it’s using this design language as the starting point for the design of future Audi electric models.
Composition for the e-tron GT
On the basis of data on the speed of these e-machines, the load and other parameters, the soundtrack has been created to authentically depict the work of the drive.
The optional ‘e-tron sport sound’ really does sound sporty – voluminous and powerful at the same time. Audi says this is an acoustic expression of the progressive Gran Turismo character.
Passion for performance
The quattro principle of four-wheel drive is being delivered at a new technological level.
The e-tron GT quattro accelerates from zero to 100 km/h in 4.1 seconds, the RS model in just 3.3 seconds (both in boost mode).
Their top speed is 245 or 250 km/h (limited).
Craftsmanship and smart design
The e-tron GT is the first purely electric car from Audi to be built in Germany, driving off the assembly line in the Audi Böllinger Höfe at the Neckarsulm site, and it was designed without physical prototypes – a first for Audi.
This car really is a case of passion meets precision, along with innovation and sustainability.
